*Can I pay cash on Pick-up?

For all orders we kindly request 50% payment in advance for booking the order in.

*How do I store the cupcakes once I receive them?

we suggest that you keep Cream based cupcakes in the fridge (max 3 days) and take them out about 30mins before you want to eat them.  The cupcakes can also be frozen for up to a month. When ready to eat, let them thaw at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours. Buttercream keep in a cool dry area away from direct sunshine.

*The frostings on offer are Cream frosting and traditional buttercream frosting?

At Toonie cupcakes we Offer buttercream & cream based less sweet frosting with added cookies/real fruit/real chocolate depending on the cupcake. Our frosting is so delicious you could eat it by the spoonful!

*Does Toonie Cupcakes offer Vegan/gluten free cupcakes?

We do not offer gluten cupcakes.

*Does Toonie Cupcakes offer custom fondant decorations?

Please note that Toonie Cupcakes only offers a specific selection of custom fondant options.

*Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Delivery will be subjective to order size and distance.

*How much advance notice is required for large orders?

At least 48hrs is required for orders.
